September 8, 2014PreK and Kindergarten families are invited to attend our Family Literacy and Math Night on Thursday September 18, 2014. PreK families will meet from 5:00-5:45 p.m. and Kindergarten Families will meet from 6:15-7:15 p.m. We look forward to sharing activities and strategies that can be used at home to help your child practice and develop literacy and math skills. You will have several stations to visit, each one covering a different topic along with activities to “make and take” home in both literacy and math.
August 20, 2014Kindergarten Parent Curriculum Night will be held Thursday, August 28th from 6:00-6:45 p.m. Your child's teacher will speak about the curriculum and kindergarten procedures. You will have the opportunity to ask questions about the curriculum, routines, schedules, and more. We hope to see you all there!

August 15, 2014District 200 is pleased to provide a new service to the D200 community, especially to Spanish-speaking families. Luis F. Barutell has joined the District staff as the Bilingual Parent Outreach Facilitator.
August 6, 2014The District 200 Administrative offices have ended the four-day per week summer schedule and have returned to the regular school year hours. The District Administrative Services Center at 227 W. Judd Street is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. School offices have also returned to their regular hours. School office hours are as follows:
July 29, 2014Space is still available in the tuition-based preschool program at the Verda Dierzen Early Learning Center. Parents of children who are age 3 to 5 may pick up an application form and materials at the school at 2045 N. Seminary Ave. Materials are also available at the District Administrative Services Center at 227 W. Judd Street.
May 29, 2014Woodstock Community Unit School District 200 Food Services Department announces the sponsorship of the 2014 Summer Food Services Program for Children. This program provides free breakfast during the summer break to children attending summer school programs at qualifying schools. The meal service is also open to any child 18 years of age and younger living in the neighborhood even if they are not registered in a summer program at that site.
